Leadership Movement develops a community of individuals that share common values and vision for development of the markets, and philosophy of the quality, environmental & social up-liftmen. This mission of Quality should make every life worth living, and a fun of working together with a spirit of team work and leadership, value creation and distribution, and a responsibility towards the nature and mankind.

People joining the movement are actors in a wider spectrum including the industry, legal, governance and civil society, social change agents and academia.

Community building is a process. This is a live experience of the power of freewill and how is an idea grown into a group of persons and it starting a movement.

Leadership Forum is a community, a forum for exchange of knowledge, developing a vision and common understanding on the issues of quality, environmental and social; and increasing the goodwill of its members.
